  I went to the location on Dell Range today and it was a poor experience. I have been there many times before and the person who was behind the counter just happened to be the manager. Overall, she was not friendly and snappy with me and my queries when I asked questions. She never smiled and had an came across arrogant or I was wasting her time. I am not sure. She wanted to repack my package due to adding insurance and I said that was fine even though it was shipping it in the exact same box and packaging it came in via FedEx to me 2 weeks ago. I asked due to what was in the package if I could watch her repack it and she appeared annoyed at this. She unpacked it, looked at how I packed it because she said if it is insured it had to be inspected. I thought it was weird but ok. She looked at it briefly and taped up my box and then told me over $500 to ship it overnight. I was flabbergasted since everything shipped to me from this company from Fed Ex always said $35 for shipping (obviously a corporate deal) so I admit I was naive and blown away at this quote. But when I responded to her about the quote of $500 in disbelief, she responded snobbishly. So I said I would call the company because that is outrageous. She just wasn't helpful. Never smiled. Didn't offer any suggestions. It felt like she was talking down to me and just wanted me to leave. The craziest part is I remember working with her in the past and she was a bit snobbish before with me about sending a package to this same company but now according to her name tag she is the store manager. She should be an example. Maybe she was having a bad day so she should have taken a break. I left FedEx called the company I was returning the package to and we decided to try UPS. Totally opposite experience. Everyone in the store was kind, helpful, explained the different pricing and gave me options not just a short abrupt it will be $500. They had to repackage it as well which I was fine with but showed me what they did and then taped in and put the label on it right in front of me, which is what I asked the manager at FedEx to do. As long as that manager is there, I know exactly were I will be going if I have to ship anything. Thank you UPS on Dell Range for excellent customer service.

  I was in there today and a young lady named Megan waited on me i couldn't have a friendlier and helpful person. I was having problems shipping a package Megan helped me get it done THANK YOU MEGAN!! John
