I asked the guy working the front desk if he could help me with my change of address since I havent received mail since November at my new address. He said he couldnt help me, and tried to get ahold of a supervisor. I stayed there for around 30min. before being told that I couldnt be helped that day. They had me write my information down. Still havent heard anything from anyone at all. I have tried calling several times, but each time I just get stuck in a freaking loop with the dumb AI robot, and cant speak to an actual person. I work two jobs, and dont have time to stop in any given day. Getting any sort of help has been liike pulling teeth, and I am over it. PLEACE CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME BACK!!!!
