- GFGary and Jennifer Puhl (Seventh Day Farms)Sep 15, 20251.0I am absolutely sick to my stomach. I went to go get packages and was told the post office box was closed due to my payment being due. No phone call No nothing. Absolutely disgusting. And they returned all of my items some of which I needed medically. I will NEVER do business with them again. And the customer service member at the counter said she could not do anything nor did she care. And the charge to pay for the box was an additional $27 late fee. This is NOT a non profit government anything. It’s a corrupt money racket.

Tell me how its ok for a postal worker to sign for government papers when they are not addressed to them!!! I think that's called fraud!!! Just because you are scared of germs!!!! WHAT!!!! If your scared of germs maybe DONT WORK FOR A COMPANY THAT HAS TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE!!!! GET A STAY AT HOME JOB!!!!! Never comes in to get the mail and never leaves packages when clearly we are open!!!!! Made multiple complaints to the post master Mike and nothing ever changes!!!
- EREllen RatcliffeOct 21, 20205.0I see that some of the negative reviews are about specific letter carrier incidents and may not relate to this post office. I’ve been using this post office since the federal building was built, and I have always had great service. Parking is great, location is convenient, hours are good. Last visit, the customer service person kept the office open an extra 5 minutes while I struggled with wrapping an odd sized package. She was respectful, helpful, and followed social distancing, even though I am sure customers are often difficult. Thank you! I love that the USPs uses the “business” meter on the web site. It is so helpful during the pandemic.

I got off work at about 430pm and got there around 450 to get some packages to be on hold but the metal grate was down and was very disappointed.
- JRJ RApr 7, 20165.0I had some baby chicks shipped from IA to Cody, WY and the shipping was taking longer than expected. I was so worried about them that I tracked them to this post office. When I called I spoke with a very nice lady that went and checked on them for me and did all she could to make sure that they survived the trip from Casper to Cody. I am so very grateful for her kindness and the care and thoughtfulness of the people there. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!
