No phone call No nothing. Absolutely disgusting. And they returned all of my items some of which I needed medically. I will NEVER do business with them again. And the customer service member at the counter said she could not do anything nor did she care. And the charge to pay for the box was an additional $27 late fee. This is NOT a non profit government anything. It’s a corrupt money racket.

- BBBunnyMay 13, 20191.0I’ve have the worst experiences with Casper mail. Rude mail lady ( Ashley ) now she won’t deliver mail that requires signature. I live in a apartment and will leave a notice saying no one was there for signature. Which is a lie because I’m home all day. On top of that I’m always getting my neighbors mail just because we have the same last name.
