  I needed two documents printed in a really short timeline and Catarina and Ed were SO helpful and expedient… I was so grateful to have such a great customer service provider in a stressful moment! Thank you!

  The oriental girl that works there is so rude. Has no business working for the public period. All I did was have her scan a qr code and she was snotty and rude

  I'm not sure why customer service lacks here. Even if you cannot help and there's nothing you can do, there's no need to be rude or show no care for the situation, by using sarcasm and a tone that makes customers feel dumb. Then proceeds to hang up on me before I could say anything else. Be more personable. I think USPS is literally the only ones that care these days or have a good customer rapport. And of course whoever sees this will brush it off or the man working today will deny anything. Totally disrespectful and a disingenuous store.

  😁These are the NICEST Folks! 😌I rented a mailbox from them for a few years, and even though at the moment I haven't renewed my rental, they still treat me as a regular customer for which I'm so grateful. Jordhan especially has been very kind😃, patient with my friendly chatty but sometimes rambling on the phone in the last couple of months, and she especially made a positive difference for me recently with communicating time sensitive information I needed urgently regarding an important item I needed to have forwarded to me. While everyone there is great, Rhonda the retired owner as well as Ed have also been especially nice and amazing human beings over the years. It's very reassuring that there is so much professional consistency and high standards of ethics every time. I am most thankful for their flexibility and efficient help in addition to their wonderful customer service skills, and I am forever appreciating the mailbox📬/ mail forwarding service because I have an ex fiancé who is abusive and a stalker, so I cannot publish my residential address so he won't harm me ever again. Truly, for anyone considering any type of business/service through these awesome people, I highly recommend them and may they all be blessed.😁 Melody A.

  I the gal that helped me was very nice but failed to mention that notary services were $10 before stamping the documents! Had i known that at the time I would have never ask them to notarize anything. Even more confusing is before this incident I had gone in for notary service once prior and was never charged. Hindsight, will not be using ups or ups store services again unless absolutely nessesary
