They have definitely had some bumps in the past 2-3 years, but the people who work there are always amazing (you know who you are). I ship 400 packages a year in Carpenter and have had no issues. GETTING your mail on the other hand, does seem a bit more challenging. There is a lot of post office roulette between Hereford, Hillsdale, Burns and Carpenter. Permanent workers may help some of the delivery process issues?
