- LPLady PSep 8, 20251.0"We attempted to deliver your item..." No, you didn't. The contracted carriers refuse to deliver packages and the Burns postmaster does nothing about it. They don't even try, they just leave them at the Post Office telling you that you have to go pick up your packages there. Hard to do that when you work and the Post Office is only open limited hours. Ty to call to talk to someone, but no one ever answers the phone at the Burns Post Office. Ever. I can't do anything to fix it, stuck with horrible customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would.

- JHJesse HernandezNov 4, 20231.0I don’t know what the deal is but this post office refuses to deliver packages. They simply say it doesn’t fit in the mail box and my house is too far from the box. So no matter what I have to drive to them. Even though they say if your house is 1/2 mile or less from the box they will deliver it. My house is less than that and still nothing ever gets delivered. I will in the future have to figure out a way to get all deliveries to another post office for holding since these guys don’t seem to want to deliver. If you refuse to do the work, find another line of work. Simple.
