"We attempted to deliver your item..." No, you didn't. The contracted carriers refuse to deliver packages and the Burns postmaster does nothing about it. They don't even try, they just leave them at the Post Office telling you that you have to go pick up your packages there. Hard to do that when you work and the Post Office is only open limited hours. Ty to call to talk to someone, but no one ever answers the phone at the Burns Post Office. Ever. I can't do anything to fix it, stuck with horrible customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Now that Matthew Hinkle, the former Postmaster, has retired... the Post Office has been AMAZING. I personally couldn't be happier he is not longer in charge. The ladies there are super sweet and take care of every question and need that I have! There is no returned mail, no lost mail and no problems with my mail since he has been gone. Very happy!

For the second time an order has been marked as delivered when nothing was received. After calling the post office they "magically track down" the package and deliver it, already opened.
