- NGNika GavilletDec 17, 20241.0Boy oh boy where do I even start, apparently all the reviews on here are just about going INSIDE of the post office, not talking about the delivery, look I don’t know what you guys do on a day to day basis but something needs to change, I haven’t gotten a package on time in 4 months AND IM COUNTING, I live in the town not out of town, and I’m even right by the post office, I understand the 12 hour shifts but guys, people are actually waiting ON YOU to deliver our packages, people will wait outside in the cold,rain,etc. and don’t even get me started on the estimated delivery times, it’s just a bunch of crap, they tell you that to keep your hopes up and let you down at the last second, FIX YOUR DELIVERY BUFFALO USPS

Always had excuses like address is undeliverable or she no longer lives there, the address is vacant, etc...shouldn't even get 1 star. Zero stars is more like it.
