Not bad but not great either, people there seem moody but aren’t mean. Overpriced everything though.

Wow, no recent reviews! Well, so far my experience has been good. Been in there multiple times. Helpful friendly staff, clean facility. Never a line. I think I've been behind 2 people max, and waited about 3 to 5 minutes. Mail and packages are always delivered by friendly staff, on time, in one piece, not smashed... Guess you can't ask for much more.

Can I give LESS than one star? WE have been refused delivery service, told the manager was not there, told don't deliver AMAZON packages, etc for months now ... We aren't open at 8am in the morning and USPS slips say will redeliver and guys behind the counter all tell us will cost us $10 to deliver and manager isn't there. Well, turns out that wasn't true ... finally got a hold of the manager who gave some straight answers that made sense and we worked out a solution. Now will see if it works. But counter help information was the worst ! So I will wait to see if this service improves before changing my 2 star rating here.

Customer service isn’t for everyone I get it. Anyone who’s gone there knows who I am talking about. Prepare to feel like you’re annoying someone who isn’t very helpful.
