She remembers your name, your box number.. she remembers if you are getting mail forwarded. She cares about the chicks that are delivered thru the mail. If I have chicks delivered I get a phone call as soon as the post office is open. She is very knowledgeable about the services offered.. keeps a great selection of stamps in stock. She doesn't return your mail if someone puts your street address on your mail instead of the P.O. Box number.
