- KGKatlin GallowayJul 2, 20255.0The staff here are SO professional and helpful. Treat them with kindness and respect (as you should all human beings) and they will do the same. Getting packages in our rural area is HARD. WE need to do our part and ALWAYS put your PO# in front of your last name. Even if you think your package is coming UPS or FedEx. Around here, packages get transferred all the time and postal policy is to return to sender if mis addressed. It doesn't have to be that hard! They are literally the middle man. Be grateful that we have such amenities to get almost anything sent to our front door or PO from the comfort of our couch. Don't let package rage get the best of you :)

- JEJason ENov 13, 20181.0i was told by an employee that my address qualified for a free P.O. box when i brought my proof of residency there was a rude older lady that worked there who threw my paperwork back at me and said "we drive that area every day if you want mail put up a mailbox" (i live in an apartment so i wont put up a mailbox since its not my property) recently i heard a woman tell a customer who was looking for a package that had been dropped off that day and she told him that "its in this pile of mail and hopefully we can sort it by the end of the week" ive lived all around wyo and other post offices sort the mail as soon as they get it. not slowly throughout the week. that place is a joke
