- CBChristopher BaileyFeb 7, 20261.0Five stars for consistency, zero for customer service. The woman at the front desk has the warmth of a DMV printer that’s out of ink. Somehow our package went on a side quest and never made it to our door or mailbox. When we tried to retrieve it, suddenly our very real ID wasn’t “valid enough,” so the box remains a hostage. After reading other reviews, turns out this place has a hobby of losing, withholding, or flat-out stealing packages. Honestly, if it had just been delivered where it was supposed to go, we never would’ve had the pleasure of meeting the human embodiment of a bad Monday. Will be avoiding this place like expired milk.
