- IKIzzy KaidenSep 29, 20251.0The staff is polite, but I recently have been going through a debit card issue and was told completely wrong information over emails, and then called on the phone and was told that that wasn't possible. Again, the staff is polite and kind, but they are not knowledgable about what they can and can not do. I also ordered a new debit card a week ago, and for some reason they had just placed the order to get it mailed to me yesterday.
- NNNicoleJun 2, 20251.0The tellers at this bank are so ridiculously slow. Even in drive through, you're waiting upwards of 15 minutes sometimes just for basic check depositing or withdrawals. There is no such thing as a "quick trip to the bank". If you are the third car back, might as well put your car in park and just settle in... you are looking at a 30 minute wait.

- JDJOY DOGFeb 18, 20225.0I absolutely love this bank. They will go out of there way to help you. Tellers are so helpful and nice. New account ladies are so knowledgeable about all of the accounts they have. Loan Department is the greatest. If you need anything please consider giving them a try.
