- IKIzzy KaidenSep 29, 20251.0The staff is polite, but I recently have been going through a debit card issue and was told completely wrong information over emails, and then called on the phone and was told that that wasn't possible. Again, the staff is polite and kind, but they are not knowledgable about what they can and can not do. I also ordered a new debit card a week ago, and for some reason they had just placed the order to get it mailed to me yesterday.

They are illegally doing hard inquires just to hurt your credit. I had to have it removed because they can't do that to people. Worst bank around. Stay far far away
