I’ve called twice recently about having packages held at the facility until I can pick them up (to hide Christmas gifts) and i’ve just been met with the most kind voice. She answered both times I called on separate days and even remembered my name! It’s so nice to hear a friendly voice in the midst of the holidays! When everyone is usually too stressed to be nice, she was so kind and made accommodations for me immediately without making me feel like a bother. I appreciate the help and kindness! The world needs more happy people <3

Side note, the reason they close at noon on Thursday is because unlike every other location in the area, they don't close down for an hour for lunch every other day of the week. Making things more convienent Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
