  Came to the store on 4/27 for a return of a very heavy package (a large area rug) and the two young men behind the counter were very sweet helping me carry the package inside from my car and very polite and helpful. Making it a pleasant experience for me. I will be using the store for all my shipping needs. Jackson and John are wonderful employees.

  I was in the store the other day to make an Amazon return I found staff to be helpful. However, I find it extremely unprofessional for there to be a young child/baby behind the counter during business hours.

  Absolutely the worst management ive ever delt with. You can expect the woman to be rude, arrogant and ignorant all at the same time. Highly recommend going to a different ups drop off location.
