- MGMegan GNov 28, 20251.0Someone has to be stealing in the post office. My dad sends me cards and they go missing unless he spends $30+ for the priority shipping that gives him the shipping label. Don’t trust this post office or the workers in it. This has happened 10+ times this year alone. It’s getting to be ridiculous that you can’t even trust the local post office.
- SSSimplicityApr 6, 20241.0I put birthday cards in the blue box at this post office for my 4 siblings who are children and they never got them. They have informed delivery. I put them in on sat. 3-9-24 around 7 or 8 am. I would hate to think someone stole those kids birthday cards!
- BBBennett BrilesNov 4, 20195.0In my visits in the last six months I have found the workers at this office to be kind, helpful, and patient. The woman who is typically at the counter, on the far lefthand side, is exceptionally friendly. I have yet to see her in negative spirits. She displays the type of customer service you would want to see in any retail/service setting. The team members at this site seem to do their best to help out and go above and beyond, unlike other post offices I've encountered. I've done business with other USPS offices, and while living in Morgantown (26505) and Cleveland (44102) I noticed some of the employees' demeanor was one of irritation and impatience, like the customer asking questions was a burden on them. Not so in the Weirton office. By far the best post office I have encountered to date.
