- AMAndria MarieFeb 2, 20261.0Sucks. I just want to call and ask them to hold my mail. I hurt my knee and I cant shovel out my box. But the 20 minute automated call wont let me. I have to put in a service request via text. Can the USPS get any stupider? Oh wait, dont answer that. I have to put a cardboard notice on the box to inform tthe carrier to hold my mail at the post office. There is no other way to communicate unless u use smoke signals.
