I’ve went there and called several times, but nothing has been done even though the employees I talk to say the filed a complaint and that they would come within that day that I visited. Because of this, I have yet to receive my pay card from my job and I am left completely broke and I cannot pay my bills. This is the most infuriating and frustrating experience I have had since moving to South Charleston.
- CBCharles BrownMar 6, 20181.0I’ve used this post office for over thirty years and can say that with few exceptions their current counter employees are absolutely the rudest, laziest non-helpful staff in memory. Leading the pack is HEATHER. Completely incompetent and rude, throwing out excuse after excuse why she won’t perform a service that has been done there for 30 years, checking to see if a package has arrived. She tossed out 3 excuses before I walked out and of an empty lobby with no one waiting. With employees like her it’s no wonder USPS is on its way out. There are a few of the clerks that are friendly and efficient but HEATHER skews the curve to a lower overall average. In the future I’ll pay a little more and use Ups or Fedex. In fairness my USPS mailmen/women are friendly and efficient in performing their duties and I have no complaints with them. However the South Charleston branch would be better off without the “services” of HEATHER.

I have tried calling this number several times requesting a customer service person however it takes you to multiple menus that refuse to let you speak to anyone until you find the right words for what you need. When you give info it sends you to a national customer service rep. that cannot assist you because they are not at the location you need to deal with. This is government laziness and diversion at its finest. WHY list a phone number that will never be answered by the location. The menu's given tell you that you cannot have a customer service agent until you disclose what you want and only if it is in their menu of items. This is horrible service from a tax supported, citizen funded business who claims they are losing money - Wow! What a surprise - losing money when there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, how could that happen.
