  April is rude. She never waits To hear if you still have questions or if you’re still on the line whenever she’s done, she Just hangs up the phone a lot of times I have questions still and I’m just sitting there listening to a ringtone! Second of all, she put me on a seven day suspension for a no call no-shw That actually occurred Saturday night The night that the storm rolled in, I could not call in because my phone had been cut off. I’ve never no call no show before she also put that seven days suspension from Monday today that I actually talked to her on the phone instead of the day of the offense which I feel like I’m being pigs on because I’m a woman and she doesn’t seem to like other females I placed a formal complaint with the corporate office. I would not suggest her for anything and she’s supposed to be the branch manager. Tina is much more nice And fair

  April , treated me like trash and very rare when I turned on jobs and I was always told that you could either cancel the app or call in while April came out sideways and she screamed at me and she suspended me. I think this is ridiculous. I’m disabled and then she tells me I have to park on the third or fourth in the garage across from the Civic Center and I had already told her in the office if it snows and we get all the storm like the snowstorm that they say we’re gonna get I won’t be there and she was OK and when I confronted her about this over the phone, she said yeah but you didn’t call but I use the app but that was so that still wasn’t sufficient and then she had the audacity to tell me if she wants a stupid shirt back like I’m gonna make a special trip out there and she came by me sideways like I’ve done this before like multiple time. No, that’s ridiculous and I told her if I was went there and it started snowing in that snow storm that we were gonna get and that we did get I would be stuck up there, but she didn’t care. I would not recommend working with this company, especially the way she treats you. She is a horrible, horrible, horrible manager, and she pick and choose who she likes for her to suspend me? It’s been longer than three days. I think she suspended me for seven days. This is ridiculous. Outrageous And I had already told her that I was gonna go if it was storming like they were they were predicting and she said that was fine and then she had the audacity to suspend me. Ridiculous. I would never recommend people ready to people, especially when she’s working there. I should not Did tell her upfront if we’re getting a snowstorm I’m not gonna be there because I don’t drive in the snow or the ice and she said yeah and I told her this over the phone and she said yeah But! You didn’t call I was told it didn’t matter as long as you didn’t one or the other, so this is unfair to me

  I went there this morning and their only staff member, April, was extremely polite and helpful. She took the time to ensure that my on-boarding for their app went as smoothly as possible, explained all of the changes to their policies, and made my experience very pleasant. Because of her I give them the full five stars and would recommend this employer to anyone looking for extra money.
