Then to quickly fix it and “upgrade” is 25 dollars. For a box. Of the same size I was holding. Absolutely trifling to go there.
- RHRebecca HilbertAug 31, 20171.0We've had way too much trouble with one postal carrier never delivering our packages because she can't be bothered leaving her vehicle even on perfect days. We've complained to the post master in hopes that this behavior would stop. Our latest package had our address on it correctly when it left the amazon seller (verified it with the seller), but mysteriously had a non-existent address when it came time to deliver to our house. The package will be reshipped, but if this time anything goes amiss, we will demand her termination. In the case that Shepherdstown post office doesn't do this, we will take it as high and to whomever it takes to get that termination done. There is no reason for someone to tamper with our packages and mail especially for a vindictive reason as we've complained about her not doing her job. If you're paying her to do this job, she needs to do it. Plain and simple.
