- RLRobert LeistNov 24, 20251.0They wont deliver my package and wont answer the phone to make arrangements. Like how the heck am I supposed to get my mail? Its never ending game with them. Then they will send my packages back to sender without even reaching out to me. Useless!!
- JKjames kingOct 18, 20252.0We’ve got the best mail carrier but every time that he is on vacation or has a day off our mail is screwed up. We just got back from vacation and had the mail stopped and here it is the second day back and still no mail, went to the Post Office and I guess they close early on Saturday. Last month our carrier was on vacation and at least 2 pieces of mail were not delivered to use that were credit card bills and now we’ve got interest and penalties. I guess being a substitute carrier doesn’t require much sense.

They "resolve" issues without speaking to anyone. At one point they said they didn't care because it wasn't costing them anything to replace them. That's it it general...they don't care. I've tried to get everyone I ship from to use another carrier and it's unfortunate I can't get them all to switch.
