Shouldn't we be warned not to purchase post office money orders because it will become impossible to cash them when the post office worker shrugs their shoulders? It is a money order from the post office. Not from 7-11, western union or Wal-Mart. How could this not be their responsibility to cover? How can a federally backed business just shrug its shoulder? Isn't that like a cop showing up without his gun? Kind of within your job description.
