- JCJess Zombie CharmanderGirlJun 8, 20243.0It's been multiple times and we get other peoples mail. They didn't give me my mail, cause it had my maiden name on it. But they getting better I guess. I had to go twice to get my husband's mail and another time before. Yeah he made the mistake of putting the wrong address. But they also put it the wrong PO box. But I had to go twice. Yes in the end he got his package, so thankful for that. One time they didn't put a key in my po box to get my package out of the big PO box. I guess they are nice. But I feel like how many times does someone have to mess up to get fired? It's the only post office in town. Cause it's a small town. IDC about the mail coming on time. They are nice I guess. My daughter had books delivered to the Po Box but they would put the book in the small PO and the book got folded. For the most part they are ok. I just wish they were better packages and stuff in the mail. 3 out of 5 stars. Could be better, could be worse.

- TFTammy FrankenberryJun 10, 20191.0I have lived at the same address for 22 years, for the last 5+ years they refuse to leave the package at my home. I have called them many times about this. My husbands medicine are delivered, the last 2x they were to be delivered on Friday. My husband had to go 2weekends without his breathing treatments because they are to lazy to walk a few feet to put it on my porch. I’d like them to have to struggle to breath. When they are confronted the staff laughs like it’s a game. I’m taking this farther than The post master, because she acted like she was mad at her staff until my husband was there while they were on the phone with me, after hanging up, they all started laughing, I will no longer put up with this! This post office is a joke and needs all new staff!
