Was incredibly rude and snobbish when I asked why the shipping cost jumped $15 dollars from one screen to the next (no changed where made, just flipping from the selection to payment screens). Refused to say why the price jumped. Just said "she hit some buttons". And its definitely not tax unless you are charging more than 20%. Absolutely horrible attitude and service. Feel bad for the other lady that has to work with her

I had an issue with my debit card while paying for my transaction and the customer behind me stepped up and looked over my shoulder thinking they could assist with the problem. I told the person that they were invading my space and privacy. Who does this??? In today's society, identity theft is a major issue and as citizens of this country, we all need to show respect for other people's space and privacy.
