Trying to ship an international package, shipped it once it got returned and apparently shouldn't have been shipped in the first place but it was allowed to go through. I'm out $50 and the older lady at the counter today on 1/14 was very rude and said absolutely she can't send it. Which i have confirmation now that it can be sent there just needs to be more details on the label. She told me to drive to beckley to UPS. Nobody else in the post office and she is just standing around talking to a nice lady that was also working in there and she flat out refused to help me. I work out of town and only come in every once in a while for a day and a half. Pathetic lazy people here.

The lady up front is horribly rude and uneducated. She has a smart mouth and an attitude. The lady who drives the mail truck is lazy and doesn’t know how to do her job AT ALL. They held my package hostage KNOWING it was time sensitive and intentionally made me wait. They didn’t deliver it to the address “because I didn’t do a change of address they didn’t know anyone lived there” it’s my uncles house. That he and his wife live in. I’m staying for Christmas and told them I live in another state so they informed me I WILL NOT be receiving my mail at that address. Completely incompetent. Had to make formal complaint to usps. It will be escalated
