never answers the phone, packages will say out for delivery and you wait ALL day for it to then it get changed to available for pick up but it’s always after the hours of when they close so you can’t pick it up same day. i don’t understand if a package is out for delivery at 610am what are we doing all day?!?! get it together!!!! picking up is inconvenient some times and also if i go in and it says pick up but then get told its out on a truck for delivery then whats the point of that? also maybe not have two different routes and reliable drivers who don’t quit middle of a route.

Usually has some b.s. excuse about being unable to deliver packages. The male mail person always gets my packages to me yet the female always says it's "undeliverable". Not to mention it's faster to mail from Virginia to other states by at least 4 days. Either they need more mail people or they need to fire the lazy ones.

This mail office holds packages extra days. Idk if your understaffed or just lazy, but I get tracking on ALL my packages and it just sits at your office for days on end.
