- NPNicole PayneFeb 9, 20261.0never answers the phone, packages will say out for delivery and you wait ALL day for it to then it get changed to available for pick up but it’s always after the hours of when they close so you can’t pick it up same day. i don’t understand if a package is out for delivery at 610am what are we doing all day?!?! get it together!!!! picking up is inconvenient some times and also if i go in and it says pick up but then get told its out on a truck for delivery then whats the point of that? also maybe not have two different routes and reliable drivers who don’t quit middle of a route.

Not to mention it's faster to mail from Virginia to other states by at least 4 days. Either they need more mail people or they need to fire the lazy ones.
