- SWSarah WadeDec 31, 20225.0I have gone to the Point Pleasant, WV post office multiple times a week for business for over 44 years. Everyone has been professional and friendly. The only time I ever had a delivery problem was a few months during COVID but didn't everyone. People get annoyed if they close for lunch. Please!!!! Everyone needs lunch. There are a multitude of services available that we take for granted. My daughter lives in Bowling Green, KY. Their service is very slow because all their mail must be routed through Nashville an hour away, even if it is local mail. We don't know how good we have it. Cheers to our postal employees.
