- CQCold Springs QueenOct 6, 20251.0I still have a PO Box here for general mail but I stopped using this office for packages. The worker kept putting my packages in other people's box. Three times in the past 2 years, my packages ended up with someone else. She was able to recover one but I never got the other two back. She also opens the boxes, when I questioned her about this she said the pallets must have "broke it open". Like... seriously?

Anytime I need something shipped out of the country, she goes out of her way to make it as difficult as possible or tries to pawn me off to the other post office. Yesterday, she got rude and asked me if I had customs forms (as if I kept those at home) because she doesn't want to fill it out on her computer. I asked her today if she had any so i could have them on hand and she didn't have any which made me more angry because it was as if she asked that question just to be a jerk about it. There were no other people there, and she was just sitting and doing nothing when I walked in. Please, please, PLEASE, hire someone who is more efficient than this woman!
