- ALAngie LipscombOct 28, 20192.0Great counter service. Absolutely horrible delivery service. Regular carrier has been out for MANY months and they utilize a number of subs who do not deliver correctly. We regularly got mail for other people in our box, then I moved and used USPS forwarding service to change my address. The subs could not provide this forwarding service correctly, even after me calling the branch office multiple times and the subs being given written reminders to forward my mail to the new address. It caused a great deal of problems for me when moving. Nightmare with incompetent carriers.
