This bank is terrible I never have access to my money on ATMs I could literally hand $1,000 to the teller and walk outside and not be able to withdraw five bucks holds constantly getting put onto my account without any information about why and you can only use your card 5 or 6 times before it locks because you use it too much and I have made multiple complaints to this bank about it and their customer service is terrible and refuses to help in any way I'll look for local mom and pop type businesses and I opened up my account here going off helping the local community but boy was that a mistake there's a section here I could add photos and whatnot but if I did that I'd be here until July just a forewarning for those looking into this Bank

I want to acknowledge Trisha Schmidt! She recently helped my client with her home loan. She made the process one of the smoothest transactions I’ve ever had with Williamstown Bank. Her communication, prompt service, and dedication made the process seamless. Thank you,Trisha for restoring my confidence with this lender! I look forward to working with her again and have already recommended her to a prospective buyer.

I banked here for years. The last few months I was unable to use my debit card because they failed to send me a new one when my old one expired. I called the bank and asked them for a new card, and they said I would have to stop by and get it printed in person. Then, about an hour later, they called and left a voicemail stating they wouldn't be able to give me a debit card. However, I did not get the message in time, so I showed up at the bank anyway. When I got there, they told me that I would have to pay $15 for a new card. I explained that they had never sent me a new one and my card just expired. They told me they would have to look into it after having me sit in the lobby for about 45 minutes. She said she would have to investigate to find out what was going on because they had closed my account. Eventually, I got a voicemail saying they might have figured out an option for me, so I called them back and they said they wanted to charge me $6.99 a month for six months for a debit card for no reason at all. I told them that I would call their corporate office, and the lady laughed, saying, "Ha ha, we're not a corporation; we're privately owned." So I expressed my frustration with them. If you have any other options, I would suggest you consider them because this bank is a joke, a very bad joke. I'm going to put my review out there on as many places as possible to make sure no one else has to deal with this nonsense.
