I understand having bad days and I get sometimes dealing with the public can be a trip, but he was beyond rude to me and perfectly polite to the woman before me.. I’m not a Karen and I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. I just needed to send two letters certified mail.. he treated me like I was the scum of the earth.
