I live in Woodland park and if you are the crazy lady that drives the Grey car with the lights on it with the Grey or blonde wavy hair. We'll you know I am talking about you. I haven't lived here 6 months and it has always been an issue with you. You write on your notes nowhere to turn around or no where to put package. But you don't even try. No TURN AROUND? I have a drive way that you can park 4 cars. Which cars are never out there or rarely. We park in the garage. Because of you my family has missed out on stuff for Christmas and birthdays. Because you simply don't want to deliver. It isnt just you as I know your handwriting by now. But you also threw the gentleman under the bus and told me he won't deliver. So I can always tell the 2 different handwritings from you and him. With that being said. Your little notes don't make sense. As you have been up my driveway 3 times. Which times were they? Oh when you pound on my door to yell at me for reporting that you didn't make a delivery. You said you never leave a package undelivered. Hahahahaha OKAY! That is also when you told me the gentleman that covers you will NOT DELIVER. The 2nd time was last week when AGAIN you came up my driveway to yell at my husband. And the 3rd time was on about the 19th of December 2024. I can't remember which day. But that one had us scratching our head. Because you came all the way up my driveway. Turned around and left. My husband jumped in his car. Confronted you to see if you had a package for us. Which you yell NO to him. So, question! IF YOU DIDNT HAVE A PACKAGE TO DELIVER AND YOU SAY YOU CAN NEVER COME UP MY DRIVEWAY. WHY WERE YOU UP THERE? I have had to constantly go into the POST OFFICE this past 2 months I can't count how many times. Which Brings me to the lady on the inside. I have made multiple complaints to her in which she blows me off EVERYTIME. My husband has done so as well. In which she responded. SHE WILL BELIEVE HER POSTAL PEOPLE OVER US ANYDAY. That if they write it it is true. UUUMMMMM NO! Now I have to go back into the Postal Office Tomorrow Dec. 27th to pick up another package that was supposed to be here on the 20th because AGIAN They didn't want to deliver. The day before my most favorite moment. I went into the post office to pick up my packages and had gotten an alert that other packages couldn't be delivered that morning. When I asked the lady about them. She stated she didn't have them. It was around 930AM. So I took what she had. Went home and no note or mail in my mailbox. The Note wasn't there until 230pm. That would mean you took my packages pretending you were going to deliver. But marked them as undeliverable 5hrs before you even got to my house. YOU NEVER HAD ANY INTENTIONS ON DELIVERING. Which brings me to the following day Dec. 12th. I had to go back in for the packages you didn't WANT NOR TRY TO DELIVER. Here is the FUN PART. As I was walking out it was raining and snowing and I fell right outside of the post office with my packages. The lady on the inside saw this. AND DID NOTHING. Yes I went to the Dr. Office to be looked at. But that isn't the best part. My husband had to go in AGAIN to get packages and mentioned how this keeps happening that we have to go to the post office to get our packages. Mind you this was the day after the post lady was at my house yelling at my husband I believe that was the 16th you were at my house. Anyway off topic. So my husband was in the post office mentioned my FALL and the lady behind the counter infront of all the other customers called him a Liar and said that the back office has been trying to reach me. The only lie there was hers. As she didn't get my info but told my husband she had it while I was still trying to get in my car from falling. Anywho I have made multiple service request and even on to Eternal Affairs. I wish you A HAPPY JOLLY NEW YEAR AND A MERRY CHRISTMAS. AS YOU RUINED OURS. ALONG WITH THE EXPERIENCE OF US IN OUR NEW HOUSE. And I hope the 2 of you.

I am getting sick and tired of notifications that an item has been "put in the customer's mailbox", and it shows delivered. I go out and check, and 50-75% of the time it's not in there. I get it the next day or on Monday. Saturday mail service is a joke. I don't think they could be any lazier. I also love when they walk 4 feet from my front door, and then just toss my package when it clearly says fragile or handle with care. If these people don't want to work on the weekends, find some other people that do. This weekend service sucks.
