- CGChristopher GreggJun 18, 20255.0I just had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a post office, thanks to a gentleman named Dave at the United States Post Office in Moundsville, West Virginia. I spent about 20 minutes talking with him while trying to figure out how to mail out some important legal documents, and I can’t say enough about how helpful, kind, and knowledgeable he was. Dave took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made what could’ve been a stressful task feel simple and even enjoyable. On top of that, he was just an incredible person to talk to—genuine, down-to-earth, and easy to connect with. It’s not often you leave the post office feeling like you had a meaningful conversation, but that’s exactly what happened. Huge shout out to Dave. The USPS—and the community—is lucky to have someone like him behind the counter.
