  I am pretty sure the older man working on 4/29/24 at 9:30 am was out to swindle me. Went in with two corrugated plastic signs that were 24x36x1/4" total size combined (flat signs) that needed to be mailed to Charleston, SC. Total weight was 4 oz (very light!). He quoted my $65 to mail them. Since I had a flight to catch, I said OK. Then he said that didn't count packing materials. So then it came to $85. I again, said ok. He then told me the grand total was $145!! Seriously, it cost more to pack them than to DRIVE them to Charleston?! We walked out and went down the road to Office depot. Complete cost to mail, including packing material, $12.30 for USPS or $23.00 for Fed Ex next day, both with tracking numbers. This UPS store has a crook working for them and I am so grateful we walked out!

  Way to backed up..need to get a bigger building or just open more stores an hire more ppl..this location is to small

  if they are advertised to close at 6 PM, they should close until 6 PM. Not 10 till, not 5 till and run up and lock the door as i pull up and ignore me when i walk up and try to wave. do better 1/19/24 says they are open online. drive here and they hung up a sign saying they are closed due to “bad weather” but all roads and their lot is clear 🤦‍♂️ do better
