Over $1000 all together for them to be shipped, and the items themselves worth the same amount plus sentimental value. They lost all of my Military affiliated awards that will never be replaced. It's November, I have been trying to resolve it since August. I will probably never see those items again. It's sad and a review/warning for others is the only thing I can do now.
