This last time. she literally dropped it halfway up the sidewalk. My brother was setting on the porch and she says "here's your package" and drops it. As I'm looking up the delivery on Amazon it says "Package PLACED IN HANDS of residence" which was a lie. It was placed I'm the middle of the sidewalk. Also...My brother is completely blind and handicap!!
