The tracking said it arrived in martinsburg on the day it was supposed to be delivered, then changed to being delayed and arriving at a different facility? Only thing they could tell me is it's circulating at a Pennsylvania location for some reason. Absolutely terrible and I've needed the supplies that are in this order. Post office proves again their bad quality all across the board.

It is not required, just something to help the carrier deliver. We've also gotten mail from another address with similar house numbers on the same street along with mail from another family member that doesn't live in the same address before. Neither of the names were on the box either. Called with no answer. USPS needs to be better.

So when you get annoyed and sigh they go "sorry I didnt get that" then they restart. Again you get mad and grunt like ughhh. Again they restart because they didnt get it. Even if you spam say agent no the garbage machine needs your package number. Only to finally get you an agent after just for them to get the same freaking information the machine REQUIRED you to tell it. Garbage company good lord hate this.
