Place is tiny, line was disproportionately long for the space and for the two workers. These two workers were steadily, patiently, kindly and quickly working through the line. People have no idea what they’re doing when going to return something, and the man and woman in the store right now were dealing with an absolute crush of impatient people, and doing the best. The woman called out to me (still about twelve deep in the line) when she saw I had a pre-labeled package, directed me to place it in a blue bin in the back, and I was out of there. So good, so efficient, severely understaffed. Power to the employees holding it down for UPS.

I was informed that they wouldn't ship until Monday. The man helping me went over all pricing and everything for shipping and I said I would be back on Monday. They knew what was in the package as I repeatedly mentioned they were wedding flowers and that I will keep them with me until monday so they stay fresh. I even apologized to him for stressing out as this is very important. I go in at 8 am Monday morning with both of my children (thats a hassle in itself 😅) to be turned down immediately because "we don't ship live flowers". Why wasn't this mentioned before? The other employee there on Saturday who was also discussing with me, was there on Monday as well and agreed with her. What changed in two days? And absolutely no where does it say they will not ship live flowers. Either the employee just didn't want to do her job or the employees have an issue with informing customers. Either way, my parents are now driving hours to personally hand deliever these flowers as it is now our only option.
