Over the years, we have lived under the intermittent threat of our tiny London PO being closed down and having to make an 8-mile round trip to Montgomery just to pick up our daily mail. For those of us without transportation, and the elderly/disabled in particular, losing our PO would be disastrous. While struggling to stay open under difficult circumstances, the London PO staff remains friendly and helpful. They have always come through for me.
