  I’ve been met with attitude SEVERAL times by the lady that works in here . she has never offered to help me , gives me attitude when I ask questions and twice she has even threw my package to the back while still standing behind the counter ! I sell on eBay and am new to it and could not figure out why I was being charged several times for shipping ! Turns out the postal worker wasn’t supposed to be charging me for the labels that eBay gave me ! eBay gives a QR code and provides the label , they’re just supposed to print it out , but all 3 times I’ve been charged right there at the post office . Very unfortunate this last transaction when I ended up making $11 off an item I sold for $45! Because I had shipping taken out twice ! The item was worth $120 , I was selling generously for $45 and ended up with $11.50! and my other transactions were similar ! I can’t even go to this postal location anymore because I almost feel it’s intentional judging by how mean she is ! there was a lady that worked here about 4-5 years back and she was so nice ! But this newer lady is FOUL! she doesn’t say a word , purposely avoids you and gives the worst attitude when you try to get her attention , even when the store is empty ! I really have held my tongue in there a few times because I felt so mistreated but after finding out she’s been charging me for labels that are already paid for I’m actually pissed ! I will not be going back there

  One of the staff was very rude on the phone. The state office called to check the accuracy of some information they were given and the post office number was given --in error--. Staff was rudely emphatic that it was the "P-O-S-T-A-L office, as in MAIL!" and not the place the staff was trying to verify.

  Very hit and miss service, some days they show up at 11 am, other days 6pm, and the rest in between. Sometimes we will go days without seeing a mail truck, some days they’ll blow right by for several days and then magically once enough mail builds up they’ll shove it into your box like it’s always been there waiting for you, some days when they do show up they’re too simple minded to grab your outgoing mail and flip the flag back down. Really embodies the “who cares, that’s tomorrow’s problem” vibe the company strives for. And that’s all I have to say about that
