- AManthony moore2 days ago5.0I came to get a passport ordered about 30 minutes before my appointment and the nice lady in the front window asked if I wanted to go ahead and get it done since the place was slow and no one else was in. I was able to leave about 10 minutes before the appointment was even set. If that doesn't say anything nothing will.

I've double checked with all places that use my mailing address to ensure the address is put in correctly before they send anything to me and I still never receive anything. I have called the post office and gone in several times attempting to understand why I'm not receiving any of my mail and they can never give me a straight answer and are usually short or hateful. I'm constantly missing important documents I know we're sent to me with the correct mailing address and everything the post office is obviously for whatever reason not able to deliver it to the correct destination if they're attempting to deliver it at all. I'm at my wits end with this place.

With informed delivery I see mail that I’m supposed to receive and mail that I should receive that never arrives. I am dealing with missing mail again that I can see was supposed to arrive. The Hurricane post office does not answer their phone and much of the in person staff there are nasty and not worth dealing with. We also receive other people’s mail frequently.
