- GHGreg HarkinsAug 19, 20221.0So the US Postal Service has hours on the window of 9 opening on Monday through Friday at the lobby and 8:30 opening for the drive-thru at 8:30 neither part of the facility is open for customer service which I found ironic that they have two different listings for hours on the window and neither of the places are open that should be open at 8:30 furthermore they leave a call slip at your door to pick up a package telling you to return to the facility at 8:30 the next morning and you're able to pick it up but none of the location is open for you to pick up the package terrible way to handle customer service

Waiting over a week to get a key to a mailbox that I have things in and the answer is we don't know when it'll be here. Can't call them. The phone doesn't work and the employee didn't care that they're not receiving calls. This is why we should defund USPS. Fed Ex will have them out if business soon.
