    Several returned items have came up missing over the years after drop off. Mainly new shoes valued at $150 or more or similar items. They are great at quick small things. I just ensure to keep me receipts!!

    Waited for forty minutes for the solo shopkeeper to figure out how to copy a single document doublesided. Bad WiFi password, slow booting computer, multiple attempts - all to print a single document. Felt bad she was on her own so close to Christmas, so this all adds up to a management failure.

    Today (12/19/25) We walked into the store across from the Huntington (High) Renaissance Center with two huge tubs full of presents to be packed and shipped. One young woman told us it was only her second day. She was working with a lady who was the epitome of professionalism. Both were so friendly and helpful. They were unshakeable! These two employees of yours are invaluable and I hope you will personally express this to them. Happy Holidays!

    Why can't I get my packages delivered to my door, it's always at someone else's door. Can't ups drivers read??? Why is my package always 1 to 4 doors away from the delivery address my address??? CAN UPS DRIVERS READ????????
