Had to wait for this 1 person to be found. A lady came out from the back and shuffled through a pile of pamphlets, stopped and very quickly verbalized pricing. I asked for something to write with, and asked her to repeat the information, she looked at me weird and then just walked away. All I remember was that the pricing was not the same as what was on the UPS website. Guess I’ll go to USPS for a PO Box instead
- TNTom NguyenOct 28, 20251.0I came to this shop, it was take me 20 minute, then sent 1 envelope (2 papers only) to other country. The girl told me 2 option: it take 21 days & 10 days. I paid $104 for 10 days. Now, October 28,2025, it is over 28 days, but my family still have no envelope. The girl did not apologize about that, I found out she sent it to USPS instead of to UPS company. That is why take more days long. EVERYONE THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE GOING THIS SHOP SENT YOUR PACKAGES. THEY’RE WORKING UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I lost $104.47. Please see images!

It does tend to get busy but they get the line out the door very quickly and efficiently helping everyone with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this place to anyone and the manager there is always ready to help with any issues. 10/10 suggest you do your business here. The prices are also reasonable for anything that I have had to do in the past! Overall amazing store with workers that are over the moon ! Keep it up guys and gals !!
