  I have no words and could not describe a worse experience and DIService to the community than Federal Express. They absolutely suck in their job. If you want your package to be delayed, lost, put up with their lies or simply Have the package nut delivered on time then use federal Express Otherwise, I suggest that you use the UPS service instead.

  Worst company ever to deal with… I have requested call backs and have called over 100 times trying to talk to someone from here and haven’t heard anything back about a package I have been waiting for and has been out for “delivery” for a week now then the date gets changed instantly. This was supposed to be a Christmas present that was gonna be delivered on 12/21 and now it’s 12/27 they have changed it again and still no call back.

  I know you guys can't think it's ok to curb stomp my package and deliver my drinks loose in the package cuz you threw it around so hard it ripped the package and the top of my box is nearly ripped off when you delivered it. You can't possibly think that's ok.....idk how you guys have been in bussiness this long but I hope your bussiness fails until you learn to treat people and things with respect. May the people you employ find better job when you get shut down

  Your driver claimed the address was incorrect, only because they couldn't find it - even after I left specific instructions for them to call before delivery attempt. To make matters worse, you can't reach anyone from the local center directly. Instead you're forced to speak to a smart-aleck in the Philippines who can't actually resolve the issue. This is completely unacceptable service especially for something as simple as delivering a package to a clearly marked address. Charleston Center Manager actually called and put specific delivery instructions in their system so we never have problems when packages comes through Charleston. The inconsistency between centers is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. UPS remains the most reliable because of situations like this.
