  As a person who has had ALOT of trouble with the postal service I do watch the reviews! This app that you are referring to does show mail and packages that are to be delivered to you that day. On a daily basis there is some that don’t make it to the post office from other locations before they get scanned into the system! Stop and think before you make a complaint these are machines that put this info in. They do get jammed and break more than we as customers want to admit! It’s technically not anyone’s fault it’s the volume of mail that goes threw a post office really at any location! The government is responsible for the shortage of people working because they freely had out checks! The manager at this post office has helped me more than once on mail issues! You need to stop and think before complaining wonder how her day is? Wonder who else has has been ugly to her beside me! She is one person just doing the job of many! If you get nasty with me I will get nasty right back because I give what I receive! That’s the way we should be! If you want kindness you have to give kindness! If you have a attitude before you even start most of the time you will get what you send! Stop complaining and actually be grateful that there is a person that you can call and talk to about situations! All packages and mail don’t arrive on time daily because of truck breakdowns BEFORE it reaches your location! Mail is a very hard thing to get perfect! Trust me think about what you are complaining about be grateful you have a real person at the window and always remember KINDNESS GOES ALONG WAY IN COMMUNICATION! Think before you blow your top! The lady or man behind the window trying to help you is only ONE PERSON not a miracle worker!

  I had an excellent experience at this particular post office. The post master was absolutely nice and helpful. She directed me in the right direction to receive the services I requested. The time it took for me receive the information I needed was quick considering the amount of staff this day was low. Thank you to the Post Master for the amazing customer service.
