This app that you are referring to does show mail and packages that are to be delivered to you that day. On a daily basis there is some that don’t make it to the post office from other locations before they get scanned into the system! Stop and think before you make a complaint these are machines that put this info in. They do get jammed and break more than we as customers want to admit! It’s technically not anyone’s fault it’s the volume of mail that goes threw a post office really at any location! The government is responsible for the shortage of people working because they freely had out checks! The manager at this post office has helped me more than once on mail issues! You need to stop and think before complaining wonder how her day is? Wonder who else has has been ugly to her beside me! She is one person just doing the job of many! If you get nasty with me I will get nasty right back because I give what I receive! That’s the way we should be! If you want kindness you have to give kindness! If you have a attitude before you even start most of the time you will get what you send! Stop complaining and actually be grateful that there is a person that you can call and talk to about situations! All packages and mail don’t arrive on time daily because of truck breakdowns BEFORE it reaches your location! Mail is a very hard thing to get perfect! Trust me think about what you are complaining about be grateful you have a real person at the window and always remember KINDNESS GOES ALONG WAY IN COMMUNICATION! Think before you blow your top! The lady or man behind the window trying to help you is only ONE PERSON not a miracle worker!

Once you get her to understand the problem she wants to pass the problem onto the customers fault. K****needs to understand every customer has the ability to know when and what packages and letters will be delivered. Download USPS INFORMED DELIVERY Every customer can download USPS Informed Delivery from the play store. Every customer can easily make a complaint regarding held mail and packages for no reason. As a matter of fact every piece of mail is documented on the USPS computer systems daily. EVERY letter is photographed or scanned so.... everyone has a boss ....even you K*****. Poor customer service is collected by USPS it is no longer just your word or the customer. There is legitimate evidence for every real complaint. If you as a customer have experienced this behavior, you can download the App. Make the USPS aware of any pattern regarding missing packages or mail. Or better yet give the customers the service they PAY for. The service goes up and the quality goes down.
