Her manager had to step in, the manager was much more helpful. But this is one of the worst USPS offices in the US!

Had this problem before and contacted the main office in Washington D.C. seem to help for a while. Now worse than ever. If it doesn't fit in the mailbox it goes back to the post office. They don't care if your disabled or elderly or that you paid postage to HAVE IT DELIVERED TO YOUR RESIDENTS !! If you can't do your job, get out and let someone else that can.😠
