- EBelizabeth brandtJan 26, 20261.0Absolutely WORST usps experience. My package was soaked leaving my books inside SOAKED! Absolutely no reason at all for this. They refuse to bring my package to my house when they don’t fit in the mailbox when FedEx,Amazon, ups never have a problem doing so! This package arrived BEFORE the snow came it has NO reason to be soaked! This is ridiculous I have had nothing bad experiences with you all. I’m going to be making proper complains to anyone I can. This is my final nerve and I will be finally complaints with higher ups. Do better!
