The phone rings, a recorded speaker tells you they will connect you to a team member and then it rings one time and then a busy signal. Trying to retrieve a package from out of state that has been sent there by accident and no one can get a hold of them to fix it. Even the manager at my local post office and the 1 800 USPS representatives are unable to get this place to answer their phone. Whoever works here, if you're reading this, please get the phones fixed.....
