I have complained repeatedly about this and it might get better for a little while, but it quickly returns to the same thing. It mostly occurs if it's a little rainy or my package is heavy. I don't pay for 2 day shipping to have to be late to work because I need to pick up my packages the next day. This post office opens after I am at work and closes before I get home. So frustrated with this! I must say though that the people who work in the post office are really nice, and I always feel bad when I go in and complain
