Boyfriend and I had been waiting 15 mins and no one in sight... along with another man who had been waiting even longer and hadn't seen anyone. I called the location and someone answered in the back. I mentioned we had been waiting for a while and wanted to make sure someone knew we were there and her response was (in a nasty tone) "I'm here. I was on the toilet." Then she took her time doing other things with all of us just looking at one another going "what the hell?" as she was coming up to the front and FINALLY when she got to the counter about 5-10 more mins later she just looked at my bf straight in the face and didn't say a word... No "sorry for the wait" or "how can I help you". It was bizzare and I left furious. All we needed to do was file for change of address. I avoid this location whenever possible.
