- FGFrederick GonyeaAug 18, 20184.0Its not what it once was. But the employee is still very helpful, polite and courteous. However, they only have the window open from 8a.m. to 12p.m. and the lobby is open 24 hrs. This change is very stupid on our elected leaders part. I could understand fully shutting one down. Half a day or all day and keeping one open when there are 2 locations this close together and expanding one building. But if you need a new box or stamps you have to be there at a certain time. There are to many people that work through those hours and can't make it in and have to put it off until they can come in. Very inconvenient. But the hour cut affects those employees greatly and without that income coming in they had to make budget cuts themselves. And if they aren't spending money on extras then ok economy WILL NOT FLOURISH.
