We stood in the ORIGINAL checkout line FOREVER JUST to get moved to the OTHER register where the UPS stuff USED to be!!! How are we supposed to know where to go for what with NO signs directing us??!!

I assumed when she was done she’d be helping me but 2 more people walked up she ignored me helped them. Then finally decided to help me after I say hey I’ve been standing here. She then tells me I need to use the printer for what I needed done. Printer line was empty when I got there now there’s 3 people ahead of me. Why didn’t you help me when I was supposed to be helped now I should wait for 3 others to finish.terrible customer service
