- CPChloe Phillips4 days ago1.0I had a really disappointing experience at the printing desk at Staples. I placed a small online order, five printed pages and. I came in earlier than my scheduled pickup time, because I needed the papers earlier than scheduled. I even apologized for the inconvenience and explained that I didn’t realize there was a rapid pickup option after she made me aware of it… What upset me most was how I was treated by the staff. One of the employees made a point of speaking loudly to her coworkers about my order, saying things like how I had “just placed the order over an hour ago.” and emphasizing how “busy” they were. This was said within earshot of me, which felt disrespectful and unnecessary. Meanwhile, from what I could see, the staff were sitting around and chatting before I approached the counter. They could have at least waited until I left the store to talk badly about me. It made me embarrassed and I will not be returning to them. I had no idea printing off 5 pieces of paper would be such a big deal, the least she could have said was “no sorry come back at your scheduled time.” And I would have left.

I needed to print the label and all he said was go over there and it tells you what to do I said I’ve never done it before and he wouldn’t help at all and of course I didn’t do it right. Finally another employee helped me and was very nice and helpful. I just wish I had got the first guys name because he just completely rubbed me the wrong way. I just know he was the guy with the fumanchu mustache. Horrible employee. I hate to be that Karen though
