- BRBuffie RyanOct 20, 20252.0I placed an order for 50 invitations on a Friday, was told they would be ready Saturday afternoon, went to pick them up and the store was closed, this was at 2:30pm. Went back on Sunday to get them, they hadn't been boxed up yet, was told they wouldn't come with envelopes. What invitations don't come with envelopes. The associate helping me was nice although she wasn't very knowledgeable about the products or services. She called for the manager Danielle, who didn't respond on the headset so another employee went to find her, he came back stating she said "I'm not going up there" finally after about 10 minutes she wonders upfront, has a major attitude and is extremely rude. I have never dealt with a manager with so much disdain for her job and the customers in a store. I hope I don't ever have to go back to that store for anything, I'll order online and wait.

The employee's were incredibly kind but the management really put me in a bad spot after I was told something could be done. Not only did they not print the product but they also had it incredibly overpriced just for a 2x2 photo on plain paper. Literally $30 a piece that's insane. Fortunately I was saved by local business who was able to print me off not only my photos but on much higher quality material with a gloss finish and adhesive back to easily apply to the cardboard. This was all being done for a Youth event for students and staples management refused to step up to help. Very disappointing but thank goodness for Clarksburg Blue Print!
